HSPC uploads resources ranging from lesson plans to articles on staff organization for all student journalists and advisers to use to uphold its mission to make student journalism accessible for all.

• Lesson Plans: Go over these 5-10 minute skill workshops with your staff at the beginning of each session. This covers writing skills including transitions, ledes, style, and more. 

• Getting Started: If you're considering starting up a student publication, reference these tips ranging from an introduction to School News Online, the most widely used scholastic journalism platform, to how to teach your staff how to write articles for the paper. This section also includes guidance on the basics of newsroom structure. 

• Staff Organization & Editing: Cover these articles with your editorial board once in a while to gain insight on how to edit and organize staff for maximum efficiency.
